4. Payments and Subscriptions

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with booked sessions or subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., M-Pesa, PayPal). Therapists agree to the platform's commission structure, where a platform fee is deducted from the total session amount before earnings are deposited.

5. Limitation of Liability

WayOut Platforms, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the interactions between clients and therapists. We only facilitate the connection and provide the technological tools for communication.
